Tatton Park (1)

Tatton Park, near Knutsford, is one of the largest estates in the north of England.

Formerly the home of the Egerton family, it is now managed by the National Trust, and comprises parkland of about 1000 acres (c. 400 hectares), a house and formal gardens, and attractions such as a farm, cycle hire, children's playground and the usual variety of gift shops and eateries.
